Formal Attire

We are asking that you get yourself to the ceremony by driving your vehicle or ride sharing (Uber, Lyft, etc). There is limited parking at the church, so ride sharing is encouraged. Transportation will be provided from the church to the reception at the Heeschen residence. At the end of the evening, a shuttle will return you to your vehicle at Church by the Sea.

Immediately following our ceremony

The Heeschen Residence

Immediately following the ceremony, we will have transportation provided via shuttle to the Heeschen residence. There is no parking permitted on Panorama drive, so please plan to leave your vehicles at the ceremony venue if you are driving your own car.

At the end of the night, shuttles will pick you up from the Heeschen residence and making stops throughout Laguna (including the original ceremony location at Church by the Sea).

Things to remember for the big day

A few notes to consider for the day of the wedding:

  • Laguna can be quite busy during the summer months. Please allow for a good buffer to drive to the ceremony location to account for traffic on Pacific Coast Highway. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

  • While we love your children, we are kindly requesting that you not bring them to the ceremony or reception. If you need help arranging child care for that day, please reach out to us and we would be happy to help you!

  • The ceremony at Church by the Sea will take place indoors, and the reception at the Heeschen’s will be an indoor/outdoor event.

  • Ladies - block heels are recommended as the dance floor will be partly cobblestone. Leave your stilettos at home! :)
